This section describes the methods and management of the personal data that the user decides to provide by sending the contact form on the www.biosuisse.it website, a site owned by Biosuisse Italie sas.

This information is provided to users in relation to the rules provided for by EU Regulation 2016/679 and in particular Articles 12-23 of the same Regulation.

Data Controller

Pursuant to Articles 12 and 23 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (hereinafter “GDPR”) Biosuisse Italie Sas Di Fusco Paolo E C. (hereinafter “Biosuisse”) with registered office in Passo Ponte Carrega 5r, 16141 Genoa (Italy) Tax Code and VAT number IT03479440103 – info@biosuisse.it in its capacity as “Data Controller”, informs you that your personal data, collected on the website www.biosuisse.it for the purpose of registration in the contact form and on all the pages therein, will be processed in full compliance with the applicable legislation, guaranteeing the fundamental rights and freedoms that are recognized to you.

Data collected with the contact form

By filling out the contact form, the user:
communicates his/her name and surname; any name of your business;
communicates the e-mail address and/or telephone at which he/she can be contacted;

Retention period

The information provided by the user by filling in the contact form (name, e-mail address, text of the message) will be processed and stored for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purpose for which the data was collected, i.e. to send the answer to the question submitted or at most, for a period of 5 years from the time of collection.

Origin, legal basis and purpose of the processing

The processing of your personal data is carried out by Biosuisse in order to fulfill your request to register for the contact form, the first name, surname, e-mail address indicated by the user when filling in the contact form and the information entered by the user in the body of the message are used exclusively to respond to the user’s request.

Recipients of personal data

The personal data collected by Biosuisse through www.Biosuisse.it may be processed by subjects involved in the organization of the site (such as administrative, commercial, marketing, legal, system administrators), Data Processors pursuant to art. 4 n.8) GDPR which defines as “data processor” the natural or legal person, public authority, agency or other body that processes personal data on behalf of the data controller.

In any case, each user may always request the Data Controller for an updated list of Data Processors in the manner set out in the section relating to user rights (i.e. by sending an e-mail communication to info@Biosuisse.it)

Right of way

The data subject has the right to ask the Data Controller whether personal data concerning him or her is being processed and, if so, to obtain access to the same and the following information:

the purposes of the processing;

the categories of data concerned;

the recipients or categories of recipients to whom the personal data have been or will be disclosed, in particular if recipients are from third countries or international organisations;

where possible, the envisaged retention period for personal data or, if this is not possible, the criteria used to determine that period;

the existence of the right of the data subject to request from the data controller the rectification or erasure of personal data or the restriction of the processing of personal data concerning him or her or to object to their processing;

the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority;

if the data are not collected from the data subject, all available information on their origin.

Biosuisse specifies that:

does not disclose your personal data to international organisations or third countries;

The data subject has the possibility at any time to request the rectification or cancellation of his/her personal data according to the methods indicated in the relevant section (i.e. by sending an e-mail communication to info@Biosuisse.it).

Personal data are not collected with fully automated procedures, but the consent of the user is always required who enters his or her data in the forums set up on the site.

Right to erasure and right to rectification

The data subject has the right to obtain from the data controller:

the correction of data, if they are incorrect;

the deletion of your personal data.

The data controller will provide, without delay and in full compliance with art. 17 of the European Regulation, to the requested cancellation.

Right to restriction of processing

The data subject has the right to obtain from the data controller the restriction of the processing itself in the following cases:

if the data subject contests the accuracy of his or her data, for the time necessary for the data controller to verify its accuracy;

where the processing is unlawful and the data subject opposes the erasure of the data, requesting that their use be simply limited;

if the data subject has objected to the processing for reasons related to his or her particular situation, pursuant to art. 21, paragraph 1 GDPR, and checks are underway on whether the legitimate reasons of the data controller prevail over those of the data subject;

if the personal data, although no longer necessary for the Data Controller for the purposes of processing, are nevertheless necessary for the ascertainment, exercise or defence of a right in court.

Right to object to processing

The interested party may object to the processing:

for reasons related to his particular situation, pursuant to art. 21, paragraph 1 GDPR, and the data controller must refrain from further processing the data, unless he demonstrates the existence of compelling legitimate reasons for proceeding with the processing that prevail over the interests, rights and freedoms of the data subject, or unless the processing is necessary for the establishment, exercise or defense of a right in court;

at any time, if the data are processed for marketing purposes.

Right to data portability

If the processing is based on the consent of the data subject or on a contract and is carried out by automated means, the data subject has the right to receive the personal data concerning him or her provided to the Data Controller in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and has the right to transmit such data to another Data Controller without hindrance. If technically feasible, the data subject also has the right to obtain the direct transmission of personal data from one Data Controller to another. The exercise of this right, in any case, must not prejudice the rights and freedoms of others.

Biosuisse points out that:

The processing of personal data takes place exclusively with the user’s consent, only for the purposes specified from time to time at the time of collection of personal data. If the data subject considers exercising the right to restriction of processing, he/she may send a written request to info@Biosuisse.it. The data subject also has the right to withdraw his or her consent at any time, without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given before the withdrawal.

Right to lodge a complaint

The data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority.
